Who can get it?

You provide constant care for a person with a severe disability or serious illness, the care receiver meets the Carer Payment test, and you meet income and assets tests. Full rules: Services Australia.

From 20 September 2026: up to $1,237.70/fn (single) — same as Age Pension, including Pension and Energy Supplements.
